We will analyze daily eating habits, schedules, lifestyle, and physical activity.
An effective diet must adapt to your daily life , respecting your rhythms and needs.
3️⃣ Anthropometric assessment
⚖️ Weight, height, and body circumference will be recorded, and progress will be documented with photos that can be compared over time.
