Refund Policy - ALEDGE STORE
1. Reservations and cancellations
- Nutritional consultations and visit packages purchased through our online store are subject to our cancellation policy.
- You can change or cancel an appointment at no additional cost with at least 48 hours notice .
- In case of cancellation with less than 48 hours notice , the visit will be considered as carried out and therefore non-refundable .
2. Consulting packages
- The start of the package (which includes the first visit and nutritional checks) is counted from the date of the first visit carried out .
- Once the first visit has taken place, the package is no longer fully refundable.
- If the customer wishes to cancel a package already purchased, he/she can receive a partial refund , calculated by subtracting:
- The cost of visits already carried out, at the unit price of the single visit.
- Transaction fees charged by Shopify and PayPal (depending on the payment method used)
3. Refund methods
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the approved request.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
- Shopify and PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions and special cases
- In exceptional cases (for example, certified illness or serious reasons), the possibility of a credit for a future visit will be considered, at the store's discretion.
- The services purchased are nominal and cannot be transferred to third parties.
By accepting the terms at the time of purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these refund conditions.
