INGREDIENTS:
- 120g of natural tempeh
- 200g of vegetables
METHOD:
- Blanch the tempeh for 10 minutes: you know how bitter it tastes? Blanching it eliminates this risk (which varies greatly from brand to brand).
-Let it cool, pat it dry with paper to remove excess water and cut it into cubes.
- In a pan with a drizzle of oil, brown the cubes and then add a sauce made with:
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon maple, honey, agave, or sugar
1 teaspoon of starch, potato starch or even flour
Spices to taste: garlic, paprika, ginger
4 tablespoons of water (which I added directly to the pan in the video but you can also add it when you make the sauce)!
- Sauté it for a few minutes on a medium-low flame so that the water evaporates and there it is!
