Ingredients
- 150g cooked lentils
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1/2 onion or 1 shallot
- Spices and herbs (to taste)
- 450 ml of tomato pulp
- 300 ml of water

Procedure
1. Finely chop the carrot, celery, and onion. Sauté in a pan with oil, then add the lentils and spices.
2. Add the tomatoes, water, and salt, then cover. Stirring occasionally, cook for 30 minutes.
3. Bring the water to a boil and cook the pasta. Then, blend roughly with a hand blender to obtain a ragù-like consistency.
4. Season the pasta with plenty of sauce and eat!
