    Salmon and zucchini burgers with chia seeds

    INGREDIENTS (for 2 large or 4 small burgers):

    - 100g smoked or raw salmon

    1 tablespoon (10g) of chia seeds (can be replaced with the same amount of flax seeds or 1 egg white or 30g egg white in a carton)

    - 100g of courgettes (1 small courgette)

    -Recommended spices: salt, chives, pepper, ginger.

    METHOD:

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

    Let the chia/flax seeds soak in 3 tablespoons of water: you will obtain a gelatinous mixture that will act as a binding agent.

    Grate the courgette and squeeze it well to remove excess water .

    Blend the salmon and add the remaining ingredients and the chosen spices.

    Shape the burgers using a pastry cutter (which you can also make yourself with aluminum foil).

    Bake for 15-20 minutes (they should be firm).

    And now they are ready to eat!
