Ingredients
- 50g of oat flour
- 1 egg

100ml egg white
Procedure
1. Whip the egg white until stiff
2. Combine the whole egg with the oat flour. Take the two doughs andto mix.
3. Take the dough and place it in a non-stick pan.You will get about 4 medium-sized pancakes. 4. Add jam or honey on top (20g).
