Ingredients
- 120g cooked chickpeas
- 10 g extra virgin olive oil
- Garlic

Procedure
1. Take the chickpeas and blend them with an immersion blender. 2. Add the extra virgin olive oil (1 tablespoon) and mix. 3. Season with spices to taste (you can even choose your own).
4. Mix everything together until you obtain a thick mixture that can be eaten with toasted bread or croutons.
