Ingredients
- 30 g of oat flour
- 1 egg
- 10 g of clarified butter
- 15g of chocolate

10 g of erythritol
Procedure
1.Chop the chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie.
2.Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix adding eggs,oatmeal, ghee, and erythritol.
3.Fill the previously buttered aluminum molds withthen place them in a preheated oven at 190 degrees. 4. Cook for 12 minutes.
